Care Instructions for your Cutie and Patootie Apparel:

To keep you apparel looking new we recommend:

  • Washing your apparel inside out in cold water, on a delicate cycle.
  • Do NOT clean with bleach.
  • Tumble dry on LOW or air dry.

You can shop at Cutie and Patootie with confidence. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal through PayPal. PayPal provides safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers and make it easier to shop.

Shipping:


We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Overnight delivery is also available for an additional fee. If you need your items to be guaranteed for next day delivery, we will ship them via FedEx (Federal Express). Please call: (718) 791-6146 or email us at: customerservice@cutieandpatootie.com. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery, but a phone call is recommended. We will do everything possible to get it to you overnight.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:


Cutie and Patootie's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are for exchange only.

If you wish to return an item that was NOT custom made please email: customerservice@cutieandpatootie.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will credit your account immediately or send you out a replacement per your request. In some cases for items over $100 we will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions:

  • Items discounted for final sale
  • Personalized or Custom items
  • Holiday-themed items after the holiday
  • Drop-ship items
  • Clearance items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Cutie and Patootie within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at: customerservice@cutieandpatootie.com. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify Cutie and Patootie of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if Cutie and Patootie suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Cutie and Patootie will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Cutie and Patootie. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be subtracted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


Cutie and Patootie reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at anytime. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

Returns for Drop Ship Items:


Drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipment Refusal:


Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with delivery.

Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:


Cutie and Patootie is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Items that are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) are neither traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services, we recommend that you add these services.


Warranty Information:


Cutie and Patootie upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who create our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask a Cutie and Patootie consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest. Please email us at customerservice@cutieandpatootie.com. Our products are made by manufacturers, artisans and mothers like you and I. All products shown on this site are mother inspected and approved for softness, quality and durability. We have great relationships with our vendors and our buyers strive to find unique gifts and accessories to provide to you.
